Shipping Policy

Free shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (US Central Time) on a business day start processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and holidays, start processing on the next business day.

Delivery time
After processing, delivery takes 5–9 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 6–12 business days from the moment you place your order.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your order on our Track Your Order page on our website.

Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, carrier delays, customs or peak seasons may cause your order to arrive later. If your order is delayed, our team will keep you updated.

Duties and taxes
All prices shown at checkout are final. If any duties or taxes apply to your order, they will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help you right away.
